Nobu Residences Breaks Abu Dhabi’s Most Expensive Apartment Record
Nestled in Saadiyat Island, the penthouse just sold for an eye-watering AED 137 million.
Abu Dhabi's real estate scene just hit a new level of luxury – with price tags to match. Aldar Properties, a key player in the UAE's property market, recently announced the jaw-dropping sale of a three-bedroom penthouse at Nobu Residences on Saadiyat Island at 137 million dirhams, making it the most expensive apartment ever sold in the emirate. And that's not all – it also clinched the title for the highest price per square metre, topping 96,000 dirhams.
Situated within the esteemed Nobu Residences, known for its association with the globally-renowned Nobu hospitality brand, the penthouse epitomises opulent living with its unparalleled amenities and breathtaking views. The sale of this residence follows closely on the heels of another transaction at the development, wherein a four-bedroom duplex sky villa was acquired for 130 million dirhams.
Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi, set to become one of the first branded residences for the Nobu hospitality brand in the Middle East, promises residents a harmonious blend of Japanese design, Emirati culture and contemporary luxury, boasting proximity to key attractions such as the Saadiyat Cultural District and Saadiyat Beach.
