As part of the new comprehensive healthcare system that has been slowly rolling out across the nation, Ain El-Sokhna is constructing its largest emergency hospital to date, where patients will be able to receive treatment services and emergency first aid in the event of a road accident.
Since the national healthcare system’s implementation in the Suez governorate, about 50% of Suez’s population - or approximately 763,000 people - have opted into it. Five hospitals, seven health centres, and 22 family care units are expected to join the new healthcare system in Suez in the near future.
