Dubai Launches 'Season of Wulfa' Running Through Ramadan & Eid

A new cultural programme titled Season of Wulfa is set to unfold across Dubai, offering a wide-ranging calendar of community events focused on Emirati traditions, family ties and shared social values.
Running throughout Haq Al Leila, Ramadan and Eid, the programme includes more than 50 events staged across 30 locations in the city. Activities are being delivered in partnership with government entities, private sector organisations and local communities, and will be open to residents, citizens and visitors.
Season of Wulfa is designed to bring cultural experiences into neighbourhoods and public spaces, highlighting customs, values and everyday traditions associated with Emirati life. The programme places particular emphasis on strengthening family bonds and creating shared moments during key periods of the cultural and religious calendar.
The initiative is overseen by Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed and aims to encourage community participation while presenting Dubai as a space for cultural exchange and social connection. Organisers said the events are intended to foster coexistence, mutual respect and a deeper understanding of local heritage among diverse audiences.
