Salon du Chocolat Beckons Pastry Enthusiasts to Madinat Jumeirah
The event will unite chocolatiers, tasting experts, enthusiasts, authors and pastry chefs in a single chocolate summit.
It’s a well-known fact that chocolate is far from just a simple snack - it’s an art. So, it’s only natural that it would be put on display for passersby to marvel at, examine and eventually put on their Instagram stories to cement their status as a main character who goes to niche exhibitions and so on and so forth. Oh, and then you can also taste the art, because it is, after all, made out of chocolate.
In Paris in 1994, an exhibition was founded to showcase the work of chocolate artisans from around the world - Salon du Chocolat et de la Patisserie. After traversing capitals of the world, like New York, Japon, Paris, Beirut, Montreal and Riyadh, the exhibition is returning to Dubai for a second time this September, from the 18th to the 20th, at the Madinat Arena, Madinat Jumeirah.
Designed to be a field day for people with a deep love for chocolate and pastry, the exhibition will unite experts in chocolate tasting, chocolatiers, enthusiasts, authors, and pastry chefs. Attendees will have the opportunity to browse through various booths, taste and buy chocolate, as well as participate in exclusive workshops and masterclasses conducted by celebrated chefs from across the globe.
