35 Beachfront Mansions Planned Inside Emirates Palace Grounds
Private ownership will be introduced within the Emirates Palace grounds for the first time through a new luxury residential project.
Abu Dhabi luxury hotel Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental will introduce private residential ownership within its grounds for the first time through a new development comprising 35 branded beachfront mansions. The project, titled Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Mansions, is being developed by Emirates Palace Company in partnership with Lead Development and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, with completion scheduled for 2029.
Located along the Ras Al Akhdar coastline, the residences will sit within the wider Emirates Palace grounds near landmarks including Qasr Al Watan and The Founder’s Memorial on the Corniche. According to project details, the development will consist of a limited collection of private residences positioned within one of Abu Dhabi’s best-known hospitality and state-event destinations.
Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental originally opened in 2005 and has hosted heads of state, royal delegations, and international events over the past two decades. The property has been operated by Mandarin Oriental since 2020.
