Al Freish Lake Project Approved for Kalba
The 51,200-square-metre project will add a man-made lake, walking areas, waterfalls and 200 parking spaces in Kalba.

Plans have been approved for the Al Freish Lake project in Kalba, creating a new public park centred on a large man-made lake. The development will cover around 51,200 square metres, with the lake designed to hold up to 28 million gallons of water.
The surrounding area will include walking spaces and landscaped sections intended for families and visitors spending time outdoors. Trees will also be planted along the nearby mountain.
The project will incorporate designed waterfalls flowing towards the sea, adding another landscape feature around the lake. Around 200 parking spaces are planned as part of the development.
