All Tourism Services in Saudi Arabia Are Now on One Platform
The new platform brings licensing, compliance, investment, training and other tourism services into a single digital interface.
The Ministry of Tourism has launched the Unified Tourism Services Platform in Riyadh during LEAP 2026, bringing a range of tourism-sector services into a single digital interface.
The platform is designed for investors, tourism professionals and sector employees, allowing users to access licensing, compliance, investment, training and development services from one place.
Built in collaboration with stakeholders across the tourism ecosystem, the system is intended to reduce the need to move between separate service channels and make routine procedures easier to manage.
The platform also includes Tourism X, an AI-powered assistant that helps users find services and responds to inquiries within the same interface.
By combining service categories and support tools in one system, the platform is intended to improve digital integration across the tourism sector and streamline access to government services.
The Ministry of Tourism’s official website, mt.gov.sa, will continue to provide information, news, initiatives and regulations, while the new Tourism Platform will serve as the main destination for accessing digital tourism services.
