Bayut Becomes First UAE Real Estate Platform on ChatGPT

Bayut has launched a property search app on ChatGPT, becoming the first UAE-based real estate platform to make its listings available through the AI platform. The new Bayut App on ChatGPT allows users to search for properties using natural language prompts rather than traditional search filters.
Users can describe criteria such as location, budget, property size, number of bedrooms and property type through a conversational interface, with the tool returning relevant property listings based on those preferences. According to Bayut, the feature is designed to simplify property discovery for buyers, renters and other users by bringing real estate search into AI-powered conversational environments.
The launch follows approval through the ChatGPT app submission process, which assesses applications based on factors including usability, conversational design and user value.
The app is available globally through ChatGPT on desktop web, mobile browsers and the ChatGPT mobile application. The launch reflects growing adoption of conversational AI tools for information discovery and decision-making, as companies increasingly explore ways to integrate services directly into AI platforms.
