Fries & Ice Cream Are Now Officially a Dish in Dubai's Eleven Green

Dubai’s Eleven Green has given fries a dessert upgrade, serving its crispy skin-on fries with creamy ice cream for a hot-and-cold, salty-and-sweet pairing that sounds unusual until you actually think about it.

The homegrown burger bistro at Meyan Mall in Umm Suqeim is best known for its Bull Burger, made with a 100% Wagyu beef patty, Hokkaido milk bun, melted cheese, raw onion, bacon jam and signature Bull sauce. The burger previously won a regional competition and was named the third-best burger in the world in 2022.

The new fries-and-ice-cream pairing takes that same maximalist spirit in a simpler direction, contrasting crunchy, salty potatoes with cold, smooth sweetness.

Eleven Green was founded by husband-and-wife duo Sultan and Kinda Chatila, who previously ran the supper club Tano’s at 8.
