Hajj Ministry Launches Integrated Package for Foreign Pilgrims
The new 1448 AH package combines accommodation, transport, catering and holy-site services under one electronic contract.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched a comprehensive package for foreign pilgrims for the 1448 AH Hajj season, bringing core services together under a single electronic contract on the electronic path platform.
The package covers four main areas: services at the holy sites, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, transportation and catering. Optional enrichment services can also be added, allowing foreign Hajj affairs offices and authorised agencies to tailor programmes for different pilgrim groups without splitting arrangements across multiple contracts.
The ministry said the model is intended to create a standardised baseline for essential Hajj services while still allowing flexibility for different markets and traveller needs.
The launch forms part of early preparations for the 1448 AH season and sits within wider efforts under the Pilgrim Experience Program to streamline Hajj services and improve coordination across accommodation, transport and site operations.
