An American curriculum school serving more than 2,400 students is set for development in Sharjah Sustainable City.
A new American curriculum kindergarten to Grade 12 school accommodating around 2,435 students is set for development in Sharjah Sustainable City with investments of up to USD 50 million (AED 183 million).
The planned campus will include modern classrooms, science and technology laboratories, robotics and engineering labs, innovation and maker spaces, and three libraries serving different academic stages. Arts and performance facilities are also planned, including studios, open learning hubs, a black box theatre and a 500-seat multipurpose hall.
Student wellbeing and safety facilities will include a separate kindergarten zone with dedicated access and security systems, alongside counselling offices, therapy and sensory integration rooms, and specialised clinics.
Sports and recreation infrastructure is set to include an indoor sports hall, football pitch, swimming pools, rooftop recreational spaces and landscaped green areas featuring shaded walkways and botanical gardens.
The project follows an agreement signed between the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and SANAM Group under a 35-year agreement covering a 29,275 square metre plot in the Um Fanain/Al Ruqa Al Hamra area.
