People Hub Training Centre Opens in Ras Al Khaimah
The new centre will offer workforce training while linking government, private-sector and academic expertise.
The Department of Human Resources of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah has launched the People Hub Training Centre, a new platform focused on workforce skills, professional development and knowledge exchange.
The centre will offer training programmes while connecting government entities, private-sector companies, academic institutions and specialists across different fields.
Sara Ahmed Al Zaabi, Director General of the Department of Human Resources, said the centre is intended to connect talent with specialised expertise and development opportunities while responding more closely to changing workplace needs.
Its launch event included two panel discussions focused on emerging workforce issues. One examined the impact of artificial intelligence on human resources, jobs, skills and workplace decision-making. The second focused on helping Emirati graduates move from education into employment.
