Produced by rising Egyptian beatmaker Tayyab–known for his works with rap stars like Muhab, Begad and Ahmed Santa–the track explores a colourful musical palette, blending shaabi rhythms with pop sensibilities and hip-hop elements.
As vulnerable as he is assertive, Abo El Anwar touches on themes of betrayal and escapism, contrasting fleeting highs with the emptiness of fame and fake opportunistic friendships. While he flexes his material wins, like travelling to Spain and buying a new apartment, he also acknowledges the emotional disassociation and prolonged burnout that comes with trying to hold up a certain facade in the toxic music industry.
