Dubai Safari Park is Going Wild for Its Reopening Week
The wildlife park will mark its reopening with a seven-day Welcome Week featuring family activities, workshops and animal experiences.
Dubai Safari Park is opening its eighth season with a week built around getting closer to the animals. From October 12th, the park’s seven-day Welcome Week will bring workshops, photography, arts and crafts, games and animal experiences across its six themed zones, with the launch timed to coincide with the UAE’s school mid-term break.
For younger visitors, Little Explorers’ Base Camp will offer face painting, lawn games and hands-on activities, while live presentations including Birds Kingdom, Echoes of the Wild and Birds of Prey will focus on animal behaviour and conservation. Visitors looking for something more immersive can also book experiences such as King of Safari, Behind the Scenes, Dine in the Wild and Jungle Capture, which include smaller-group encounters with animals including elephants and giraffes.
Standard tickets include the Arabian Desert Safari, while the Explorer Safari Tour offers a longer route through areas featuring lions, giraffes, rhinos and other animals. The park spans 119 hectares and is home to more than 3,000 animals from over 300 species, while also supporting breeding, research and rescue programmes alongside its visitor attractions.
