Egyptian Boxers Omar Heikal & Mohamed Mabrouk to Make Jeddah Debut

Egyptian boxing fans will turn their attention to Jeddah on Saturday, July 25th, as Omar Haikal and Mohamed Mabrouk step into the ring at 'The Comeback', one of the year's biggest boxing events. Taking place at the Jeddah Superdome, the fight card features 13 bouts, headlined by former heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua against Albanian boxer Kristian Prenga.

Haikal and Mabrouk will be the only Arab boxers competing on the card. Haikal is set to face Spain's Bryan Castellano, while Mabrouk takes on Colombia's Bryan Zapata. The bouts mark another major step in both fighters' professional careers, following their appearance at 'Glory in Giza' earlier this year, where they competed in front of the Great Pyramids.

Alongside the headline bout, the event will feature several international title fights. Fight week in Jeddah also includes a series of lead-up events, including the fighters' arrival ceremony, the official press conference and the weigh-in, before the action concludes with Saturday night's fights.
