Air Arabia to Resume Flights Between Sharjah & Damascus Starting July
The reinstated route will end a suspension that’s been in place since 2012.

Air Arabia has announced it will restart direct flights between Sharjah and Damascus starting July 10th, ending a suspension that’s been in place since 2012.
The Sharjah-based carrier will operate four non-stop flights daily. Departures from Sharjah are scheduled for 4:15 AM and 10:45 AM, landing in Damascus at 6:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Return flights will leave Damascus at 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM, arriving in Sharjah at 11:40 AM and 6:10 PM, respectively.
Air Arabia’s return follows similar moves by other UAE carriers: flydubai resumed its daily Damascus service on June 26th, while Emirates will restart flights from Dubai on July 16th, with plans to expand to daily operations by October
