Mo Salah Named Premier League Player of 2021 by BBC
Salah was the top English Premier League scorer in 2021 with 15 goals and nine assists. In October, he became the first footballer in the history of Liverpool FC to score in nine consecutive matches.
Footballer superstar Mo Salah has been voted ‘Premier League Player of 2021’ by the BBC, winning one of their public polls by a landslide, with 60% of the votes in his favour.
The gap between Salah and the other contenders speaks for itself. In second place came English player Declan Rice, the captain of West Ham United, who got just 7% of the votes, while Manchester City’s Portuguese defense star Rubin Dias came in third with 6% of the votes.
