New Climate Strategy for the Arab World to Be Unveiled in April
According to the minister, leading concerns involve ice caps melting and the imminent rising water levels that have almost surpassed 20cm.

Minister of Environment Dr. Yasmine Fouad recently disclosed the newest initiative to launch the first Arab strategy on climate change. The full details of this strategy has yet to be revealed, but what we do know is that they plan to disclose the details this coming April.
According to the minister, leading concerns involve ice caps melting and the imminent rising water levels that have almost surpassed 20cm. These issues contribute to increases in rain in Egypt, as well as the unexpected episodes of snow in Alexandria or hail in Aswan that have recently occurred.
