'New' Garden City & Central Park in New Administrative Capital

We’ve heard of New Cairo, New Heliopolis, New Mansoura and New 6th of October - so following that trend, of course someone was going to build New Garden City. Set in the New Administrative Capital’s ‘R5 district’, the construction of New Garden City is 92% complete and will be the city’s fifth residential neighbourhood.

Developed in three phases over 1,000 acres alongside ‘Central Park’ - not to be confused with the one in NYC - New Garden City was given its name due to its French-style architecture, which heavily resembles the kind found throughout the original Garden City in downtown Cairo. New Garden City consists of 21,953 residential units, 459 villas, 385 buildings, and 513 commercial units, and has been built with educational, sports, commercial, entertainment, and medical facilities.
