Ahmed Ghozzi Joins Cast of Netflix's 'The Crown' as Saudi Billionaire
Playing the role of Saudi billionaire Adnan Khashoggi, Egyptian actor Ahmed Ghozzi joins The Crown's increasingly Egyptian cast, alongside Khaled Abdalla and Amir El-Masry.
The award-winning Netflix show, The Crown, is coming back for its fifth season in November, and emerging Egyptian actor Ahmed Ghozzi is joining its star-studded cast, playing the role of young Saudi billionaire Adnan Khashoggi. The royal-historical drama has garnered success internationally having amassed over 20 Emmy awards and five BAFTA awards.
The young actor has been making waves locally - and soon internationally - with his role in ‘Al Ikhtiyar’ in 2021, and ‘El Meshwar’ in 2022. He will be the third Egyptian actor to join The Crown’s cast, alongside Egyptian-British actor Khaled Abdalla as Dodi Al-Fayed, and Amir El-Masry as a young Mohamed Al-Fayed.
