Anonymous Artist MLT: Mo Lazim Tearef Launches ‘Fire’ Exhibition
The exhibition explores the use of ‘fire’ in the Arabic language through visual depictions of its metaphorical meanings.
Anonymous West Riyadh artist MLT: Mo Lazim Tearef is launching his fifth solo exhibition, titled ‘Fire’, at ‘Inside The Place’ in Huna Takhasussi. Curated by Mohammed Al Kabeer, founder of Inside The Place and Burble, the exhibition seeks to embody our daily use of words derived from the word ‘fire’ in Arabic, often used metaphorically to express painful situations or outcomes.
The exhibition showcases MLT’s latest artistic expressions, with past displays often focussing on chaotic, brightly coloured pieces - often painted with spray paint - depicting the artist’s inception and upbringing in several stages. Open from April 26th to the 29th from 8 PM to 11 PM, MLT’s fifth exhibition explores the use of ‘fire’ in language, and the power it holds.
