Imaan Hammam Joins Cairo Photo Week in Conversation on Visual Identity
Imaan Hammam’s recent shoot in Egypt is on view at Downtown Cairo’s Cinema Radio as part of Cairo Photo Week.
Dutch-Egyptian-Moroccan supermodel Imaan Hammam will join Cairo Photo Week today, May 14th, in a talk titled Exploring Places and Visual Identity. Appearing virtually, Hammam will be in conversation with photographer and filmmaker Vincent Van de Wijngaard, live at The Hangar in Downtown Cairo. The panel will be moderated by Nadia Eldasher, creative director and co-founder of Snap14, and will begin at 6 PM.
Just a few blocks away, Hammam’s recent Harper’s Bazaar US cover story ‘A Sense of Place’, shot in Egypt by Van de Wijngaard, is on view at Cinema Radio and is expected to be a focal point of the discussion.
