‘India by the Creek’ Brings Bloom of Colour & Culture at Al Seef Park
From music to poetry to workshops, this three-day festival offers free admission for everyone from March 8th to the 10th.
The inaugural ‘India by the Creek’ festival will celebrate Dubai’s long-standing ties with India at the picturesque Al Seef Park from March 8th to the 10th. With free admission for all, the three-day extravaganza will immerse crowds in a lively showcase of Indian and Emirati culture, cuisine and history.
Live performance, literary discourses, poetry sessions, and interactive workshops will be hosted by some of India’s most beloved artists, including writer Purushottam Agarwal, acclaimed vocalist Malini Awasthi, musician Alif, former diplomat and author Navdeep Suri, singer Sonam Kalra, and legendary band Indian Ocean. Emirati artists such as Mohamed Dohai and Drums of Dubai will also be there to share in the cultural exchange.
Presented by Dubai Duty Free in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, Dubai, and Teamwork Arts, with the support of Dubai Economy and Tourism and Khaleej Times, this festival marks a significant milestone for both countries.
