Riyadh's Prince Sultan University Hosts 'The BBQ Expo' With CZN Burak

Prince Sultan University in Riyadh is set to host a ‘meating’ of great BBQ-ing minds from February 9th to the 12th. The Barbeque Expo will feature famous faces like Burak Özdemir showcasing their sizzling grilling skills, alongside live cooking demonstrations, tasting sessions, competitions and workshops over the course of the weekend.

The barbecuing contests - open to professionals, amateurs and kids - will be judged by experts and attendees of the expo, setting the smokey stage up to see who will serve up the best ribs, brisket, sauce, or overall dish, with cash, trophies, and Guy Fieri-esque bragging right up for grabs.

Meanwhile, live demonstrations and workshops from the pros will reveal their secrets to getting that perfectly seasoned, tender piece of meat from your barbecue. No more having to explain to your horrified guests that, though all the burgers and sausages may appear to be burnt to a cinder, you actually intentionally ‘charred’ all of them…

The grills will be up and roaring from 9 AM to 5 PM every day across the weekend.
