This Dubai Exhibit Showcases 28 International Women Artists

The ‘Fictional Landscapes’ exhibition at the Foundry in Downtown Dubai, running until December 15th, showcases the work of 28 women artists from around the world, examining the shared and diverse aspects of female experiences.

Curated by Nadine Khalil, Alisa Bagdonaite and Serafima Kostrova, the exhibition collaborates primarily with women-led galleries and features a mix of established and emerging talents. Artists include Russian Alexandra Paperno, Turkmenistani Lilia Li-Mi-Yan and UAE-based Fatima Uzdenova.

Spanning various media such as video, painting, performance and textiles, the exhibition delves into mental and emotional landscapes shaped by themes of memory, identity and migration.
