FaFaraday Future Signs MoU With RAK Digital Assets Oasis on AI & Web3
The partnership outlines joint research centres in Ras Al Khaimah as Faraday Future expands its UAE operations.
Faraday Future Middle East FZ-LLC, the regional arm of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc., has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with RAK Digital Assets Oasis in Ras Al Khaimah to explore collaboration across artificial intelligence, Web3 and embodied intelligence.
The agreement was signed in the presence of senior executives including Paul Dawalibi, Chief Executive of Ras Al Khaimah Innovation City, Tin Mok, Head of Faraday Future Middle East, and Morris Gao, Head of User Ecosystem and Government Affairs at Faraday Future Middle East. Following the signing, the company held a co-creation delivery event, handing over the FX Super One to RAK Innovation City, marking its second delivery in the UAE. The first FX Super One user in the country is former footballer Andrés Iniesta.
Under the MoU, the two sides intend to establish joint research and innovation centres in the UAE to support research, testing and real-world applications of advanced technologies. The aim is to develop a future-oriented industrial ecosystem while positioning Innovation City as a benchmark for next-generation urban and industrial development.
Faraday Future said the collaboration aligns with its broader strategy to expand its footprint in the region. The company has outlined a roadmap for vehicle sales and deliveries in the UAE in 2026 and plans to begin Phase II expansion of its Ras Al Khaimah regional factory and operations centre. Its existing facility in the emirate spans around 108,000 square feet and includes office space, production workshops and an operational hub supporting both FF and FX vehicle lines.
Founded in 2014, Faraday Future’s flagship model is the FF91, while its FX strategy focuses on introducing mass-production vehicles that bring advanced technology to a wider price range. The company said it continues to promote the development of a new energy vehicle ecosystem across the Middle East as part of its regional growth plans.
