Nemetschek Expands AI Construction Platform Across Middle East
The AI-powered construction software is designed to automate workflows and improve collaboration across building projects.
Nemetschek Arabia, the regional arm of the Nemetschek Group, a software provider for the architecture, engineering, construction and operations (AECO) industry, has launched Bluebeam Max across the Middle East, expanding access to AI-powered tools for construction and design teams.
The premium subscription introduces features including AI-powered document reviews, intelligent markups and workflow automation, with the aim of improving collaboration, reducing manual work and streamlining project delivery throughout the building lifecycle. Existing Bluebeam customers in the region can upgrade their subscriptions to access the new capabilities.
According to Nemetschek Arabia, the rollout comes as governments and developers across the Middle East continue to invest in large-scale infrastructure, smart city and urban development projects that require greater efficiency and coordination across project teams.
Bluebeam Max was first unveiled at Bluebeam's Unbound 2025 conference before being introduced through a beta programme involving more than 2,000 early users, who reported productivity improvements in preconstruction, design coordination and construction management. The platform expands the capabilities of Bluebeam Revu by adding AI-driven automation designed to accelerate project delivery and improve coordination across complex construction environments.
The subscription is now available across the Middle East as an upgrade for existing Bluebeam customers and can also be accessed through the company's online sales platform.
