RedCloud Signs $30M Saudi Licensing Deal for AI Engine

RedCloud Holdings plc, a Nasdaq-listed firm specialising in trade infrastructure for the fast-moving consumer goods sector, has signed a five-year licensing agreement worth up to $30 million to deploy its AI platform in Saudi Arabia.

The deal will introduce RedCloud’s RAID AI engine into the Kingdom’s FMCG market, which the company estimates is affected by a $9.4 billion inventory imbalance linked to fragmented supply chains and limited real-time visibility.

The agreement is structured at $6 million annually, tied to revenues generated within the country, and targets a market valued at approximately $68 billion.

Justin Floyd, CEO and co-founder of RedCloud, said the deployment aims to address inefficiencies in global supply chains driven by a lack of data and decision-making tools.

The initiative forms part of the company’s joint venture strategy in the region, combining local infrastructure with its AI-driven platform to improve inventory management and distribution processes.

RedCloud said the agreement aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritises economic diversification and digital transformation across key sectors.

The deal follows a $50 million joint venture announced in Türkiye in December 2025, bringing the company’s total contracted joint venture infrastructure revenue to up to $80 million.

RedCloud completed its initial public offering on Nasdaq in March 2025 under the ticker RCT, as it expands its presence across international markets.
