TAMM Global to License Abu Dhabi’s AI Government Platform Worldwide
The new company will offer TAMM’s technology, operating model and implementation tools to governments outside Abu Dhabi for the first time.
TAMM Global has launched in Abu Dhabi as a private technology company that will make the emirate’s AI-native government services platform available for international licensing and deployment.
The move marks the first time TAMM’s technology will be offered directly to governments and public institutions outside Abu Dhabi. The platform currently serves 4.7 million users and brings together more than 1,200 public and private sector services.
According to the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi, TAMM saves users an average of around nine visits to government service centres each year, equivalent to roughly 12 hours annually per person or business. Customer satisfaction has risen to 94.5% from 78% in 2022, while the cost of delivering services has fallen by 30%.
TAMM supports services including business setup, bank account opening, investment management, identity document renewal, vehicle registration and other government transactions. TAMM AutoGov, introduced in 2025, can also carry out tasks such as renewing licences, settling payments and booking routine healthcare appointments without requiring users to begin the process themselves.
“TAMM was created in Abu Dhabi for one reason: to improve lives,” said Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, chairman of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi. “Through TAMM Global, we are building on that success by making capabilities developed and proven in Abu Dhabi available to governments seeking to deliver better outcomes for their people.”
Governments adopting the platform will be able to use pre-built services, user journeys and digital capabilities adapted to local laws, languages and institutions. TAMM Global will also offer sovereign deployment models allowing public bodies to retain control over data, infrastructure, policies and citizen services.
