The Ministry of Local Development targeted heavily populated areas, and areas with high traffic, during Eid.
Throughout Eid Al Fitr, the Ministry of Local Development monitored waste collection across Egypt, removing a total of 256,000 tonnes of garbage during the holiday season. The ministry focused on densely populated areas and those experiencing high traffic, particularly parks and amusement areas.
