The auction was held in collaboration with the Belmazad platform, Egypt's first digital auction service for real estate.
Banque Misr has conducted its first public digital auction to sell real estate assets. The auction, held in collaboration with the Belmazad platform, offers a new model for transparent and efficient property sales, aligned with Egypt’s Vision 2030 goals to drive economic growth through digital innovation.
Tek Mazad, the company behind Belmazad, developed the platform as Egypt’s first digital auction service for real estate, aimed at enhancing efficiency and transparency in asset sales. Banque Misr's involvement supports the Central Bank of Egypt's strategy for a cashless society and digital transformation.
Looking ahead, the platform aims to expand by partnering with other banks, government bodies, and private institutions, contributing to the growth of Egypt’s digital auction market.
