Chef Kelvin Cheung’s One-Night-Only Dinner Comes to Abu Dhabi in April
A night of Cantonese culinary mastery awaits at Dai Pai Dong in Abu Dhabi’s Rosewood Hotel.
World-renowned chef Kelvin Cheung, the mastermind behind Jun’s restaurant in Dubai, is bringing a one-night-only eight-course dinner to Rosewood Abu Dhabi, alongside chef Dong of Dai Pai Dong, Dubai’s beloved Chinese restaurant. Taking place on April 5th, the special menu will feature an intense fusion of traditional and contemporary flavours and styles, for which both chefs are well-known.
Chef Dong comes from a long line of Cantonese culinary masters, brought up with a philosophy of ‘cooking with heart’. Chef Cheung’s lived fusion of Chinese heritage, North American upbringing and French culinary training have informed every aspect of his work; Jun’s place in the MENA Top 50 restaurants is no accident.
