Crisis Committee Formed to Monitor Regional Conflicts
A new high-level committee has been created to assess the effects of regional tensions across key sectors.

Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly has issued a decision to establish a crisis committee tasked with monitoring the impact of ongoing regional conflicts. Chaired by the Prime Minister, the committee has been formed to ensure readiness across key sectors in response to potential regional developments.
The body includes high-level officials such as the Governor of the Central Bank and the Ministers of Industry, Planning and Economic Development, International Cooperation, Electricity and Renewable Energy, Finance, Supply and Internal Trade, and Petroleum and Mineral Resources. Representatives from the Ministries of Defense and Interior, the General Intelligence Service, and the Administrative Control Authority are also taking part.
The Prime Minister will hold regular meetings with the committee and is currently intensifying consultations with a range of advisory bodies to assess the latest developments and their possible sectoral impacts.
