Dubai Mall Announces USD 407 Million Expansion

Emaar Properties has announced a colossal USD 407 million expansion for Dubai Mall, which will see the addition of 240 luxury stores and food outlets, significantly enhancing the diverse offerings of the 12-million-square-foot mall. 

Currently boasting over 1,200 retail spaces and exceeding 200 food and beverage establishments, Dubai Mall also offers a plethora of entertainment experiences, including Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, the Emirates A380 Simulator, and the iconic Dubai Ice Rink.

This expansion comes on the heels of a record-breaking year for Dubai Mall. In 2023, the mall welcomed over 105 million visitors, a 19% increase from the previous year.
