Dubai Metro & Tram Score 96% in 2024 Customer Experience Test
The ICXS globally assesses public transport on service quality, satisfaction, tech, communication and passenger experience.
The Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram have earned a 96% score in the 2024 International Customer Experience Standard (ICXS), marking an improvement from the previous years’ scores of 87.2% in 2022 and 92.2% in 2023.
The ICXS is a global assessment that evaluates public transportation services across several key areas, including service quality, customer satisfaction, technology integration, real-time communication and overall passenger experience.
The 96% score follows from the ongoing efforts of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and its operator, Keolis-MHI, to enhance Dubai’s rail services.
