Dubai's Population to Surge to 4 Million by 2026

The population of Dubai is projected to surge to 4 million people by 2026, due to the ongoing influx of expats flocking to the emirate to benefit from its job and investment opportunities.

Since the beginning of 2024 alone, the population has increased by over 134,000 people, reaching a total 3.789 million by October 16th. Since January 2021, the population has increased by 378,000 people.
