Egypt’s Largest Industrial City is Going Green
The Tarboul City Project is set to become the largest industrial ‘Green, Smart, Livable’ city in Egypt.
Egypt’s largest industrial city, Tarbol, is going green. The Gulf Organization for Research and Development (GORD) and Egypt's GV Investments Group have signed a MoU to collaborate on the implementation of the Global Sustainability Assessment System in Egypt and promote sustainable industrial solutions.
Tarboul City project is set to be the largest industrial ‘Green, Smart, Livable’ city developed in Egypt, occupying an area of more than 109 million square metres. Through the newly signed agreement, the collaborating entities will work on promoting an industry-wide shift to low-carbon solutions and green building practices.
