The flagship Goldfish restaurant is located in Al Wasl, Dubai, and is the love child of Michelin star chef Akmal Anuar and Sunset Hospitality. It is famous for presenting classic Japanese dishes like sushi rolls and ramen with some unexpected twists. Their white chocolate matcha cheesecake is served with - wait for it - parmesan ice cream.
