Hassan Allam & UAE's Modon to Collaborate on Ras El-Hekma Projects

Hassan Allam Holding and Modon Holding PSC, a UAE-based developer, have signed a MoU to collaborate on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Egypt, particularly in Ras El-Hekma.
