Jeddah Tower Reaches 370 Metres as Construction Progresses
Jeddah Tower has reached 370 metres at level 91, with façade installation and internal works progressing ahead of its planned completion.
Jeddah Tower has reached a height of 370 metres at level 91, with façade cladding now underway and mechanical, electrical and plumbing works progressing.
According to Kingdom Holding Company, construction is advancing at an average rate of one floor every five days, supported by a workforce of approximately 5,200.
The company also reported that the project recorded more than 8 million working hours without a lost time incident and zero fatalities, according to its 2025 financial statement.
The tower, located along the Red Sea on the northern side of Jeddah, is planned to include residential, commercial and office spaces, alongside a luxury hotel and an observation deck positioned at around 630 metres.
Completion of the project is currently expected in 2028. The development is being delivered by Jeddah Economic Company, with Saudi Binladin Group as the principal contractor. Engineering support is provided by Dar Al-Handasah, while Turner Project Management oversees project management. The tower’s design is led by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture.
Construction resumed in January 2025, with works continuing across structural, façade and internal systems.
