Liverpool Star Michael Owen Joins Cast of ‘El Harifa 2’ in Cairo

Liverpool and Real Madrid football star Michael Owen has joined the cast of ‘El Harifa 2’, where he is set to make a special guest appearance in the sequel to the hit Egyptian sports film. Owens was recently spotted at the Great Pyramids of Giza with ‘El Harifa’ producer Tarek El Ganaini, checking out Art d’Egypte’s open-air exhibit ‘Forever is Now’.

Directed by Karim Saad, ‘El Harifa 2’ picks up after the team’s championship win, following the characters as they reunite to pursue their dreams together. The sequel will feature a star-studded cast including Nour El Nabawy, Kozbara, and Ahmed Ghozzi.
