London-Based Robatayaki Restaurant INKO NITO is Coming to Saudi Arabia
Fancy yolk-topped kimchi rice presented in a metal spin and shaken at the table by a server, anyone?
Unconventional Japanese concept restaurant, INKO NITO, is coming to the Kingdom. Founded in Soho, London by Rainer Becker in 2018 - who also co-founded Zuma London in 2002, and ROKA in 2004 - INKO NITO promises an authentic Japanese robatayaki experience with a punchy Korean twist.
At the London location, the robata grill sits at the centre of the restaurant, to centralise the robatayaki, but the menu is a fun and playful experimentation with Japanese robatayaki and zingy, powerful Korean flavours. We may be able to expect something similar from its yet-to-be-announced Saudi space, such as salmon fillet with grapefruit miso and sansho salt, or yolk-topped kimchi rice presented in a metal spin and shaken at the table by your server.
