Luxury Restaurant Bord Eau Tempts Abu Dhabi With a Multicultural Menu
This recently opened luxury restaurant is bringing a mix of international to Abu Dhabi’s Shangri-La Hotel.
A little slice of multicultural heaven has come to Abu Dhabi’s Shangri-La Hotel. Michelin-starred chef Nicolas Isnard is embarking on his first Emirati venture, and he’s taking his diners on a trip around the world.
Isnard, whose culinary history includes accolades from France’s esteemed Auberge de la Charme, has put his own spin on dishes from multiple continents. At Bord Eau, you will find dishes like ‘Modern Onion Soup 2.0’ alongside Thai-inspired duck breast, which is served in a peanut sauce flavoured with corn, passion fruit and black garlic. The wide range of flavours continues after the last dinner dishes have been cleared away, with sweet creations like the Cuban-inspired Piña Colada dessert.
