Marvels of Saudi Orchestra to Perform at Sydney Opera House
The Saudi National Orchestra and Choir will bring Saudi musical heritage to the Sydney Opera House, joined by Australian artists and the Metropolitan Orchestra.

The Saudi Music Commission, under the leadership of Minister of Culture Prince Bader bin Abdullah bin Farhan, is bringing the 'Marvels of Saudi Orchestra' to the Sydney Opera House for a landmark performance on Sunday, May 12th. The concert will showcase melodies from the Saudi National Orchestra and Choir, celebrating the Kingdom’s rich musical heritage.
The Sydney concert will also feature special collaborations with Australian musicians, including didgeridoo virtuoso William Barton, saxophonist Nicholas Russionello, and Felix Riebl from the jazz/funk band The Cat Empire. The Australian Metropolitan Orchestra will join the Saudi ensemble on stage, creating a musical dialogue that highlights cultural exchange between Saudi Arabia and Australia.
The Sydney performance marks the seventh stop on the 'Marvels of Saudi Orchestra' world tour, following performances in major cities such as Paris, New York, Tokyo, Riyadh, Mexico City, and London.
