Ministry of Defense Intercepts Drone Targeting Shaybah Field

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Defence announced that its air defence systems intercepted and destroyed a drone that was heading toward the Shaybah field.

Authorities said the aerial threat was neutralised before reaching the site. No injuries or material damage were reported.

The interception comes as several Gulf countries remain on heightened alert amid ongoing regional hostilities and repeated aerial threats targeting strategic sites and infrastructure.
