Mokattam Corniche Will Be Developed in EGP 32 Billion Project
The project will be constructed in a 2 million square metre area, and will be divided into two parts.
The Ministry of Public Business Sector announced a new project to develop the Mokattam corniche with a EGP 32 billion investment. The development project contract was signed by Scope International Engineering Company, the prime investor with Al Nasr Housing and Development Company.
The project will provide the area with housing, as well as sports, educational and touristic facilities, and is expected to yield a joint public-private revenue of EGP 61 billion. The project will be constructed in a 2 million square metre area, and will be divided into two parts: the first will focus on the Mokattam corniche, and the second will focus on the central heights.
