Nationwide Polio Vaccine Campaign Aims to Reach 16 Million Children
The Ministry of Health and Population launched a campaign to vaccinate children up to five years old against polio.

The Ministry of Health and Population has launched a nationwide campaign to vaccinate 16 million children against polio. The campaign provides free vaccinations through health offices, health units, mosques, churches, public parks and various gathering locations across Egypt. Citizens or residents up to five years old are eligible and encouraged to take the vaccine. The campaign will operate from 8 AM to 5 PM with 54 vaccination teams and 90,000 participants, with hopes to reach as many children in Egypt as possible.
