Nayera Ashraf's Murder Trial Moved to Criminal Court Overnight

The Egyptian Attorney General’s office has just released a statement delineating that Mohamed Adel - the man who murdered student Nayerah Asharaf - has been referred to a specialized criminal court by the Public Prosecution for first-degree murder. 

The statement disclosed how further evidence is still being examined but the current charge stands as premeditated murder. The decision was made overnight following the videos taken of the murder by surrounding students and college staff.
