Photopia Announces Open Call for 'Made in Egypt' Photography Exhibit

Egyptian photography hub Photopia has announced an open call for its ‘Made in Egypt’ mobile photography exhibition, which will be part of Photopia’s Mobile Photography Festival in Heliopolis in October 2024. 

This exhibition aims to capture the essence of everyday life in Egypt, showcasing cultural elements such as street inventions, local food, and the every-day lives of Egyptians. Photographers are invited to submit their mobile photography images that highlight what makes Egypt truly distinct, offering a visual celebration of the familiar scenes that resonate with Egyptians everywhere.   

Submissions are open until September 10th.
