Public Health Initiative Launched at New Alamein Festival
The initiative will increase the ambulances and medical convoy services in the area, including X-rays and dental services.
The Ministry of Health and Population, in collaboration with the United Media Services Company, has announced the launch of the ‘Health Services Street’ initiative to provide healthcare services and health awareness to attendees of the New Alamein Festival.
Health services include medical and ambulance services provided to the numerous sporting and entertainment events at the festival, as well as programmes launched through presidential initiatives such as the Women’s Health Initiative for the detection of early breast cancer and chronic diseases.
The initiative will increase the ambulances and medical convoy services in the area, including X-rays, medical tests and dental services.
